Shinno Performance is the trading name of Shin No Performance LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains how we process and ship your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.
Delays
