Refund policy
Shinno Performance is the trading name of Shin No Performance LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work when you order from us.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Some products are ineligible for returns, please read individual product terms per-product. We accept returns on new products with post-buyers remorse.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free — we'll provide you with a prepaid return label once your return is approved.
Restocking Fee
A 17% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. This fee is waived on returns for defective or incorrect items.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item instead of a refund, let us know when you request your return and we'll help you swap it.
